Role : Transport Manager

Location : Redhill

Salary : £35,000 - £45,000 per year

Hours : Monday - Friday, 40 hours

Office Angels are working with our client who is looking for an experienced and proactive Transport Manager to take ownership of their transport operations in Redhill.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and maintain the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are compliant and roadworthy.

Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage and support drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules and safety standards.

Ensure full compliance with transport regulations and company policies.

Monitor performance, manage budgets, and implement improvements where necessary.The Ideal Candidate :

Proven experience in transport or logistics management, ideally with a background in delivery operations.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent organisational and planning abilities.

Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance requirements.

Able to work under pressure and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer :
