This is an exciting opportunity to join Softcat's Logistics team as a Lifecycle Manager, leading the development and improvement of our Supply Chain Services. You'll manage services from start to finish, working with sales teams and partners to align with customer needs and business goals. We're after someone strategic, proactive, and commercially minded, with strong communication skills and attention to detail

As Logistics Lifecycle Manager, you'll be responsible for :

• Deliver End-to-End Logistics Solutions : Lead the delivery and optimisation of Softcat IT logistics and supply chain services across the full lifecycle— through from fulfilment to deployment.
• Drive Service Innovation : Collaborate with Softcat sales and workspace teams to continuously enhance our logistics lifecycle partner network to deliver efficiencies and customer experience.
• Advocate and Educate Across the Business : Act as the go-to expert for logistics lifecycle services, championing awareness and understanding across Softcat's sales, technical, and service teams.
• Enable Sales Teams : Equip Account Managers with the knowledge and tools to position logistics lifecycle services effectively—through targeted training, collateral, and pre-sales support.
• Lead a High-Impact Team : Manage and develop a specialist logistics team, promoting a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
• Shape the Future of Supply Chain Services : Contribute to strategic working groups to design, refine, and future-proof Softcat's logistics and lifecycle capabilities both in the UK and Globally.
• Own the Commercial Performance : Take full accountability for the logistics services P&L, driving toward sales targets, margin goals, and long-term profitability.
