Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Legal are working with a well-established regional law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor (c. 3–6 years’ PQE) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who is ready to manage their own caseload and take the next step towards departmental leadership.

ROLE :                   Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE :                      3 to 6 years’ PQE (can be flexible)

LOCATION :          Cambridgeshire

SALARY :              £45,000 – £75,000 + Bonus

This role will initially be office based with hybrid working available post-probation.

You will join a respected practice with strong roots in the region, handling a broad range of commercial property work. The successful candidate will initially manage their own matters, with a clear pathway to leading the Commercial Property Department.
