Job Title : IT Lecturer
Location : Kensington & Chelsea
Salary : £200 - £230 Per day
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in IT to join our teaching team. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons across a range of IT modules, supporting learners to achieve their full potential in both practical and theoretical aspects of the subject.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, deliver, and assess lessons across IT-related courses (e.g., Level 2–5).
Develop innovative teaching materials that enhance student engagement and achievement.
Provide academic support, guidance, and feedback to students on assignments and projects.
Contribute to curriculum development and ensure teaching meets awarding body standards.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement.
Support learners in developing both technical skills and transferable employability skills.
Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance processes, and staff development activities.
About You
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Teaching qualification (PGCE / CertEd or willingness to work towards one).
Experience of teaching IT at FE / HE level is desirable.
Strong communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
A passion for inspiring learners and helping them progress academically and professionally.
