About the role

Connex Education is working with a number of excellent primary schools in and around Chesterfield who are seeking Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a day to day supply basis. These roles include classroom support across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 , as well as opportunities to work one-to-one or in small groups, depending on each school’s needs.

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who are flexible, approachable, and confident in supporting learning and behaviour . You’ll be working within welcoming school communities that value the contributions of their support staff and aim to provide a high-quality learning environment for all pupils.

Staff are supportive and work collaboratively to improve pupil outcomes and maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere. They are seeking Teaching Assistants who are committed to helping children thrive academically and emotionally, and who can integrate smoothly into a variety of classroom settings.

Assignment Details

These roles are available for 1 to 5 days per week , starting in September , and will continue throughout the autumn term , with the potential for ongoing work.
