London (hybrid – 3 days in the office)

MKJ Ignite are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing D2C Health & Wellness brands. The business has scaled rapidly over the past few years, with further ambitious growth plans on the horizon — both in terms of revenue and headcount.

They're now looking to appoint a Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid acquisition strategy, with a strong emphasis on Paid Social , alongside Paid Search .

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

️ 6+ years’ experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally within an in-house role for a D2C subscription brand

️Sector experience in Food, Drink, Health, Wellness, Personal Care or Beauty – Please note : experience in Fashion is not being considered for this role

️Proven hands-on experience with Paid Social , ideally managing budgets in excess of £250k / month

️A strong commercial mindset with a data-led approach to scaling campaigns

️Genuine passion for eCommerce and demonstrable success in B2C digital growth
