Job Summary for Office & Purchasing Coordinator

Responsibilities for Office & Purchasing Coordinator

  • Managing supplier relationships and acting as a key point of contact.
  • Placing and tracking orders with suppliers to ensure stock availability.
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Managing purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Supporting general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and handling enquiries.
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth supply chain processes.
  • Assisting with logistics coordination and problem-solving when issues arise.
  • Helping to develop and improve purchasing and office procedures.

Skills and Experience required for Office & Purchasing Coordinator

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Good communication skills for dealing with suppliers and colleagues.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the business.
  • Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, or office coordination is desirable but not essential.
