Our well-established, family run client based in Evesham, who are one of the largest businesses in the region for supplying to the retail market, are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management across a multisite facility, be self-motivated and able to communicate with people at all levels.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee facilities management of all business properties working with approved budgets
- Ensure all properties, assets and documentation complies with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with finance and payroll regarding rental income
- Responsible for ensuring all teams are aware of health and safety standards and policies
- Work with local authorities regarding legislation, audits and planning applications
- Ensure all contractors are operating to the required standards to meet the business requirements
- Manage capital and operating budgets in line with the business policies and procedures
- Implement best practices for waste and energy services across the business
