Facilities Manager

Our well-established, family run client based in Evesham, who are one of the largest businesses in the region for supplying to the retail market, are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a rare opportunity to join a company who employ staff that have remained long term!

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management across a multisite facility, be self-motivated and able to communicate with people at all levels.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee facilities management of all business properties working with approved budgets
• Ensure all properties, assets and documentation complies with regulatory requirements
• Work closely with finance and payroll regarding rental income
• Responsible for ensuring all teams are aware of health and safety standards and policies
• Work with local authorities regarding legislation, audits and planning applications
• Ensure all contractors are operating to the required standards to meet the business requirements
• Manage capital and operating budgets in line with the business policies and procedures
• Implement best practices for waste and energy services across the business
