AnopportunityhasarisenforaDutyManagertojointheFrontOfficeTeaminJumeirahCarltonTower.Themaindutiesandresponsibilitiesofthisroleare:
- Supervisepropertyoperations,particularlyattheFrontOffice,ensuringalignmentwithJumeirahservicestandardsandpropertystrategy.
- Monitorservicequalityacrossalloperations,ensuringadherencetoapprovedproceduresandimplementingcorrectiveactionswhennecessarytoupholdguestservicestandards.
- Inspectroomsandfacilitiestoensureavailabilityandcompliancewithoperationalstandards,supportingguestsatisfaction.
- Addressguestcomplaintspromptly,coordinatingcorrectiveactionstomaintainconsistentqualitycustomerexperiences.
- Coordinatedepartmentalactivitiesandfacilitateeffectivecommunicationtoenhancecooperationamongdepartmentsforhigh-qualityservicedelivery.
- Monitorpersonnelbehaviorandappearance,ensuringadherencetoSBUstandardsandprocedurestodeliverprofessionalservices.
Theidealcandidateforthispositionwillhavethefollowingexperienceandqualifications:
- 3yearsofexperienceinapositionofdirectresponsibilityofGuestServices/PublicRelations/FrontOfficeSupervisionwithinthehospitalityindustrywithinthe internationalluxuryhospitalityindustry.
