AnopportunityhasarisenforaDutyManagertojointheFrontOfficeTeaminJumeirahCarltonTower.Themaindutiesandresponsibilitiesofthisroleare:

  • Supervisepropertyoperations,particularlyattheFrontOffice,ensuringalignmentwithJumeirahservicestandardsandpropertystrategy.
  • Monitorservicequalityacrossalloperations,ensuringadherencetoapprovedproceduresandimplementingcorrectiveactionswhennecessarytoupholdguestservicestandards.
  • Inspectroomsandfacilitiestoensureavailabilityandcompliancewithoperationalstandards,supportingguestsatisfaction.
  • Addressguestcomplaintspromptly,coordinatingcorrectiveactionstomaintainconsistentqualitycustomerexperiences.
  • Coordinatedepartmentalactivitiesandfacilitateeffectivecommunicationtoenhancecooperationamongdepartmentsforhigh-qualityservicedelivery.
  • Monitorpersonnelbehaviorandappearance,ensuringadherencetoSBUstandardsandprocedurestodeliverprofessionalservices.


Theidealcandidateforthispositionwillhavethefollowingexperienceandqualifications:

  • 3yearsofexperienceinapositionofdirectresponsibilityofGuestServices/PublicRelations/FrontOfficeSupervisionwithinthehospitalityindustrywithinthe internationalluxuryhospitalityindustry.
  • Softwarecompetencies–MicrosoftOfficeprograms(Intermediate)
  • Problemsolving
  • Leadershipandteammanagementskills
  • ProjectManagementSkills
