Employee Benefits Consultant - Group Risk & Healthcare
Tunstall, Kent - Hybrid - 3 days office Tuesday - Thursday after probation
Salary up to £47,000 + bonus
PMI, Dental Insurance, Life Assurance, discretionary bonus
20 days A / L + 1 additional day per year up to 25 days
Paid study leave - GR1, CII.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients - SME and Corporates - on the design, implementation, and management of their group risk and healthcare schemes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships - be the trusted advisor and consultant.
- Liaise with insurers and providers to source and deliver the most suitable solutions for your clients.
- Support clients through the renewal process, ensure claims and queries are managed efficiently and always maintain compliance.
- You\'ll be curious and proactive in staying up to date with market and compliance developments and be confident in providing informed advice.
About You
Proven experience as set out above with a minimum of 2 years in this sector.Solid technical knowledge of group risk - Life Assurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness - along with healthcare insurance - PMI, Dental, Cash PlansStrong communication and negotiation skills, able to present to clients face-to-face or via Video links.Relevant qualification - GR1 or CII or IF7 or DipFA - or progressing toward this.Should you be a tri-skills Administrator seeking a step up, we would be pleased to talk to you also.Please note that this is NOT an HR role.Why Join
