Technical Lead

Overview

Technical Lead opportunity with an EdTech company in London, remote within the UK (office visits in London). Salary : up to £75,000 + 20k equity. This role is fully remote within the UK with potential for occasional in-person collaboration.

They are building a modern SaaS platform that supports schools and educators, designed to simplify operations and enhance engagement for pupils, parents and teachers. You will join a close-knit, collaborative, and inclusive team that values creativity and thoughtful problem-solving and helps shape the product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead role with 3+ years of experience in a lead capacity
• Code, pair programming, and technical coaching
• Road mapping, scoping, and client-facing activities
• Support and develop the engineering team
