The Job

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC, water systems, and generators.

Diagnose faults quickly and keep systems in top condition.

Work closely with the team and contractors to deliver safe, high-quality results.

Keep plant rooms tidy, safe, and compliant at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Mechanical qualification (C&G / NVQ)

2+ years’ experience in building services / FM

Solid HVAC & mechanical plant knowledge

Basic electrical skills a bonus
