Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Role
Quantity Surveyors at our client, as integral members of project teams, provide daily support to both project delivery teams and senior management. This role offers the opportunity to develop existing skills while learning new ones in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Our client's civil engineering and infrastructure projects vary in value, complexity, and duration—from long-established frameworks to bespoke individual projects and urgent emergency works. With project values ranging from £200k to £10m+, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiencies, managing costs, and providing high-quality commercial analysis. Your commercial acumen will be key, enabling you to identify, track, and realise commercial opportunities while effectively mitigating risk.

Deliver accurate and timely cost and value reporting at both project and business unit levels for Group reporting.
Provide accurate cash flow forecasting.
Undertake cost management and project forecasting.
