The Role of Senior Event Manager

As Senior Event Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of your team's event portfolio. This is a 100% management role.

You will be managing an event management team of 2 people to begin with (with possible growth up to a team of 7). Each of your team members will organise 10-12 conferences per year across the Life Sciences, Construction and HR industries. Therefore your role will be to manage, support and develop those team members, helping to drive process improvements and overseeing event planning.

• Performance & Recognition : Conduct evaluations, offer constructive feedback and recognise achievements to motivate and develop team members.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Involvement in recruitment, scheduling and resourcing to ensure optimum team strength, skill and capacity.
