Role Purpose

The Global Event Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Boku’s global events program, including owned and operated events, sponsored third-party events, and event support for ABM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Boku’s global events strategy – including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats
• Plan and manage all aspects of event operations : logistics, budgets, timelines, vendors, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
• Lead Boku-hosted event experiences, such as roundtables, executive dinners, webinars, and customer advisory boards
• Project manage Boku’s presence at industry events – from booth builds and signage to speaking slots, lead capture, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure events are aligned with business objectives and GTM priorities
• Integrate events into ABM campaigns to support target account engagement and pipeline acceleration
• Track and report on event ROI, attendee engagement, lead quality, and pipeline influence
• Work closely with Brand, Content, and Creative teams to ensure every event reflects Boku’s tone, identity, and messaging
• Evaluate and recommend event platforms, tools, and technologies to streamline execution and reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with key external vendors, agencies, and event organizers
• Develop and maintain an annual events calendar in line with marketing campaigns and commercial planning
• Coordinate with finance and legal to manage contracts, payments, and compliance for event-related activities
