Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic and growing team. If you're fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Be the first point of contact for Dutch speaking customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media

Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve queries efficiently

Promote products and services, using up-selling and cross-selling techniques where appropriate

Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

Meet and exceed service KPIs including AHT and CSAT

Share customer insights to help improve service delivery
