About The Role
What youll be doing :
- Youll be joining a small team of between 4 6 members of staff
- Youll be committed to delivering a great customer experience
- You'll be working up to 45 hours per week -all extra time worked is paid or can be taken as time off in lieu
- Youll be explaining technical equipment in an understandable manner
- Youll be committed to offering honest advice and building a rapport with customers
- Youll ensure that you exceed our customers expectations and reassure them when they're bewildered by choice
- Youll be working hard as part of the team in achieving challenging sales targets
What youll need - skills and experience :
Youll have previous experience in selling technical products to customersYoull have experience in a retail customer service orientated environmentYoull have previous experience in dealing with customersYoull have practical experience / knowledge of some or all of our product rangeYoull possess strong accuracy and numeracy skillsYoull possess basic computer literacyYoull be self motivated and have a can-do attitudeBenefits
