A leading national law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor to join its dynamic and highly regarded employment team in London.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-profile employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. The team advises a diverse client base across the health, social care and third sectors, including NHS bodies, charities and social enterprises.

The Role :

You’ll be involved in :

• Advising on general employment law issues including disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
• Managing complex Employment Tribunal litigation
• Supporting clients through reorganisations, redundancies and TUPE transfers
• Working closely with clients in the healthcare sector, with exposure to sector-specific legislation and challenges
