Job Description :

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Senior Associate to join an international firm seeking a Construction Lawyer for its top-tier practice in London. The team focuses on a broad range of UK contentious construction matters, acting for both private and public sector developers. Their experience spans all the major contract forms (JCT, NEC, ICE, FIDIC, PPC, and GC Works), as well as PFI and bespoke contracts.

Experience required :

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or a Common Law Jurisdiction
• At least 5 years’ PQE in contentious construction
• Experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration (domestic and international), and adjudication
• Knowledge and experience of working with the leading standard form construction contracts in the UK, including JCT, FIDIC, and NEC
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2 : 1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic
