Sales Negotiator - Hampstead - £25,000 dependant on experience

My client, a successful boutique top tier Real Estate Agency are seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator join their small but professional team, in their modern office based in Hampstead.

Duties include :

• Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
• Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
• Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
• Building strong relationships with vendors, prospective vendors and prospective buyers and colleagues
• Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
• Market appraisal experience is preferred and a proven track record of winning business
• Progressing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion

Skills and Expertise Required :

Salary : £25,000 depending on experience Plus OTE

Location : Hampstead

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm - Every other Saturday by Appoitment only.
