Job description

Senior Sales Negotiator - Chelsea - £30,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience

My client, a successful boutique top tier Real Estate Agency are seeking an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator join their small but professional team, in their modern office based in Chelsea.

Duties include :

  • Conduct market appraisals and convert into instructions with confidence
  • Build and manage the portfolio of high-end clients
  • Conduct and arrange property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
  • Provide ongoing vendor feedback and maintain regular communication
  • Build up strong relationships with clients, buyers, search agents and estate agents
  • Assist in the general running and profitability of the business through marketing strategies and on-going business development

Skills and Expertise Required :

  • An ambitious and polished sales negotiator who is self-motivated, driven and a good networker in the market.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator in Prime Central London
  • Strong knowledge of the prime Central London Market
  • Confidence dealing with high-net-worth clients, both domestic and international
  • Understanding of tax implications for UK and overseas buyers
  • Knowledge of current residential property legislation and market trends
  • A good understanding and training in AML requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a small team
  • Full UK driving licence (clean)

    • Salary : £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

    Location : Chelsea

    Working Hours : Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
