Triage and Engagement Officer

Overview

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lewisham to assist with the appointment of a Triage and Engagement Officer, on a 9-month contract, likely to be extended at client\'s discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay : £17.78 - £22.64 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a single front door triage system for Lewisham Works.
• Provide trauma-informed triage to residents, young people, and personal advisors.
• Conduct outreach to engage harder-to-reach resident groups, such as NEET young people and inactive individuals.
• Support the employer engagement team to broker and enrol residents into Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) placements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to promote opportunities for young people.
