A leading London-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to strengthen its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive practice where you’ll take ownership of a broad range of conveyancing matters while benefiting from dedicated paralegal support and a clear path for professional growth.

Responsibilities :

• Running a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Advising clients on more complex issues, such as matters arising from the Building Safety Act 2022.
• Maintaining high standards of client care, ensuring regular communication and excellent service delivery.
• Using the firm’s case management system to progress matters efficiently and keep accurate records.
• Working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
• Meeting agreed financial and performance targets.
