Youwillbeconfidentandpersonableandabletoliaiseeasilyatalllevels.AcvshowingagreattrackrecordwithinFundraisingatseniorlevelisneededandtherealdesiretomakeadifference.Abackgroundliaisingandobtainingdonations / fundsfromUHNW / HNWindividualsisparamountandyourconnectionswithinthisrealmexcellent.Aselfstarterwhocanhitthegroundrunningandbringmuchtothisinterestingcharity.

Identify,engage,andnurturerelationshipswithprospectiveandexistingmajordonors,includingUHNWIs,tosecuresubstantialgifts.

Createtailoredengagementplansfordonors,ensuringpersonalizedstewardshipandongoingrelationships.

SupporttheStrategyDirectorinthedevelopmentofabespokestewardshipplanforeachofourexistingandlapseddonors.

Supporttoalignallexistingcollateralswithimpactdecks,narrative,theoryofchangeandauditreportssowehaveaconsistenttoneofvoiceandunderstandingofourimpact

PartnershipsStrategyandDevelopment

Establishandmaintainstrategicpartnershipswithexternalstakeholders,includingphilanthropicnetworks,wealthmanagementfirms,andrelevantorganizations.

Developimpactfulcorporatepartnerrelationshipswithourlinkedbrandsandwidernetworks

SupportinthedevelopmentofacohesivenarrativeforTCCFwhichleadswiththethreecorepillarsofourwork

WorkcloselywithourBrazilcounterpartstocurateastorybankofanecdotes,casestudies,contentanddonorcommswhichsupportthecentralnarrativestrategy

SupportinthedevelopmentofathoughtfulcalendarofPRmomentsthatwecanmapagainstfundraisingopportunities

Experienceandabilities

Significantfundraisingexperience,withatrackrecordofpersonallysecuringfiveandsixfiguregifts.

ProvensuccessandexamplesofworkingwithUHNWIsinafundraisingandgivingsetting,buildingeffectivelong-termrelationshipsanddemonstratingadeepunderstandingofphilanthropicmotivationsandbehaviours.

Evidenceofbuildingcorporaterelationshipsandpartnerships,ideallyinsecuringeventorprogrammesponsorshipfromthecorporatesector.

Strongstrategicthinking,withtheabilitytodevelopandimplementeffectivemulti-strandfundraisingplansalignedwithorganisationalobjectives.

Exceptionalcommunication,presentation,andnegotiationskillstoengageandinspiredonorsandstakeholders.

Experienceplanninganddeliveringcreativeandhighprestigefundraisingeventsbothforincomegenerationandcultivationandstewardship.

Atopcommunicatorwithcharm,eloquent,withpassionforyourrole.

You will demonstrate a senior role for 5 years+ to qualify for this role.
