Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) of English ready to begin your teaching journey in a supportive school?
A welcoming secondary school in Grimsby is seeking an English ECT to join their vibrant English department from January 2026.
Location: Grimsby, Lincolnshire
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: Paid on the MPS scale (M1), with full ECT support

Your Role:

The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Be completing their teacher training in English or recently qualified
• Demonstrate strong classroom presence and enthusiasm
• Be committed to continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Have the legal right to work in the UK
