- ?? What You'll Be Doing
- Own and develop a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they receive world-class service.
- Spot opportunities for growth - upselling and cross-selling IT solutions that add genuine value.
- Act as the go-to contact for your accounts, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support renewals and negotiations, keeping retention rates high.
- Work closely with technical and service delivery teams to ensure seamless solutions.
- Track your pipeline, report on opportunities, and consistently smash your targets.

- Background in account management, sales, or customer success (IT / Managed Services experience is a bonus).
