Business Development / Sales Multi-Asset Trading Solutions London | Base salary £100,000 - £130,000 p.a.+ Strong Commission A fast-growing trading solutions firm providing turnkey clearing and post-trade services for clients who dont want to build internal operations teams. They cover Energy, Metals, Agriculture, Freight, Carbon, Equities & Indices, FX, Credit, and Rates, supporting corporate hedging desks, asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices. They are now looking to expand their commercial reach with an experienced Institutional Sales / Business Development professional. The Role Drive new client acquisition across corporate hedging desks, hedge funds, family offices, and asset managers Channel client flow to Trading team and build a strong pipeline of opportunities Pitch multi-asset solutions and engage directly with trading desks Work in a dynamic, scale-up environment with strong growth potential What Were Looking For 5+ years experience in institutional sales or business development across financial markets (commodities, FX, macro, derivatives) A strong network and proven ability to open doors and close business Solid understanding of hedging and institutional trading strategies Confidence selling into hedge funds, corporates, and family offices Self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, agile setting
