Every home is like a small business, and as Deputy Manager youll be part of the leadership team, providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members. Together with the Home Manager, youll be responsible for the safety of all and youll motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy.
