Hoop Nursing are seeking an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager to support manage a small, Adult Care service in Neath, supporting adults with autism and complex care needs. Essential

Level 4 in Health & Social Care

At least 1 year experience in a leadership role, in a similar setting

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with relatives

Experience in a managerial / deputy role at a similar service

Experience developing and nurturing a team
