We are looking for a resilient and compassionate Student Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist SEN school, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASC and challenging behaviour.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide individualised support, helping pupils manage their behaviour, regulate their emotions and engage positively with education.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people and making a genuine difference to their education and wellbeing.
