Job descriptionIdentify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the US market. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Effectively present Talent Prowl’s RPO services and solutions to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals while optimizing profitability. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in RPO sales, preferably with a focus on the US market. Strong understanding of the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
