Salary : 12.21 per hour plus OTE
Hours : 40 per week
Great opportunity with no personal training experience or qualifications required! You must be enthusiastic good with people and have an existing passion for fitness.
The Fitness Coach will be responsible for 121 inductions delivering classes and taking ownership of the members journey to ensure all members get the most from their membership.
Anytime Fitness is the fastest growing fitness chain across the globe and this exciting new gym concept with the most advanced equipment and great locations is now growing rapidly in the UK.
We have equipment ranging from cardiovascular to resistance and free weights to functional training. The gym is open 24 / 7 and offers members an unrivalled level of quality and service. Within the next 6 months we will be conducting a gym refurbishment.
We are looking for a Fitness Coach to join the team. Applicants must be passionate knowledgeable upbeat and professional. They must be prepared to endorse the ethos of Anytime Fitness and strive to become better and more effective trainers.
Key Responsibilities :
Prepare Fitness Consultations : Assess member goals and needs through thorough preparation to design personalized fitness programs.
Deliver Fitness Consultations : Engage with members to conduct consultations providing expert advice on fitness routines nutrition and health.
- Followup : Monitor member progress schedule followup sessions and measure their success to ensure continued improvement and satisfaction.
- Member Support : Build lasting relationships with members by offering guidance motivation and encouragement throughout their fitness journey.
- Assist in club maintenance and upkeep
What Were Looking For :
Qualifications : Ideally Level 2 Personal Training but not mandatory.
Customer Service Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ensuring a positive experience for every member.
Personality : Personable proactive highly organized and passionate about making a real difference in peoples lives.
