Paint Sprayer Required in Winchester Area, Hampshire

  • Salary : £18 per hour + bonus (equivalent to approx. £40,000 annually based on the listed hours)
  • Hours : Monday to Friday 07 : 30 – 17 : 00 (flexible start / finish times), Saturdays when required
  • Location : Well-Established Bodyshop - Based between Winchester & Andover

Our client is a family-owned Accident Repair Group with over 100 years of automotive trading experience and a fantastic reputation for quality. With 4+ stars on Google and a BSI Approved Bodyshop, they are looking to expand their skilled team by hiring a Paint Sprayer.

This is a great opportunity to join a thriving bodyshop, with a fully equipped workshop and regularly updated tools.

    • Duties of a Paint Sprayer :

  • Repairing damaged vehicles in line with Manufacturer specifications
  • Following safety procedures and ensuring high-quality finishes
  • Discussing repair work with colleagues and customers
  • Performing additional repairs such as Smart Repairs, Alloy Wheel Repairs, Glass Repairs, Trim & Leather Repairs, and Minor Panel Repairs

    • What our client expects from their Paint Sprayer :

  • Recognised qualification in an Accident Repair / Bodyshop capacity or time-served experience
  • Previous experience in a Paint Sprayer role in a busy bodyshop
  • Ability to produce high-quality paint repairs from start to finish
  • Must have your own equipment and guns
