The EOC Education and Development Team are looking for enthusiastic and suitably experienced colleagues to join us as a CCC Clinical Auditor / Educator.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your 111 or 999 clinical experience to provide training and mentorship across the SCAS organisation. In this role, you will be supporting other practitioners within the CCC environment and helping them to develop skills and confidence. You will develop their systems knowledge as well as enhancing their critical thinking and clinical judgement skills.
This is a vital role as it helps to maintain our quality standards and ensures we reach our performance targets.
This role can be based at Southern House or Northern House with the flexibility of up to 50% home working.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
To ensure all the training is delivered safely, consistently and to an appropriate standard. The post holder will act as a clinical resource to staff and undertake training and Audit.
