Recruitment Consultant
to join our busy Canterbury office. This is an exciting opportunity to take over a warm, established care desk with active clients and candidates, allowing you to hit the ground running from day one.
The role is initially being offered as
maternity cover
, however there is genuine potential for the position to develop into a permanent opportunity for the right person, subject to business needs and performance.
The Role Working within our busy healthcare division, you will be responsible for:
Managing and developing a busy care recruitment desk Building strong relationships with clients and candidates Sourcing, interviewing and placing care professionals Managing bookings, compliance and candidate availability Delivering a high level of customer service to both clients and candidates Meeting and greeting new and old clients Working towards achievable recruitment and sales targets Participating in the on-call rota to support clients and candidates outside of office hours What We're Looking For
Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential Driver with a car Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team MUST be able to work-on-call alternative weekends Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm (Early Finishes)
Participation in a shared on-call rota. Benefits
