Area Sales Manager - Building Products
Job Title : Area Sales Manager - Plastic Building Products
Industry Sector : Building Products
Area to be covered : North London & East Anglia
Remuneration : £35,000 - £40,000 + £5,000 - £8,000 uncapped commission
Benefits : Tesla model 3 company car & benefits package
Role Responsibilities :
- Sell a range of plastic building products such as fascia & soffit, rainwater cladding, guttering, and panel products.
- 60% of your time will be managing / selling to distributors & merchants such as Rembrand Timber, Jewson, A1, Specialist PVC Distributors, etc.
- 40% will be spent stimulating demand and selling to housebuilders, developers, and contractors (all back sold through the distribution channel).
- Turnover responsibility circa £5-6 million.
- 90% account management.
