Your role in our team

  • We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to work as part of the CUK Sales Team, covering the Eastern region of the UK. Representing CLAAS within this territory, you will be working alongside appointed dealers to ensure customers receive the best products and financial solutions for their business.
  • Building long term relationships with the dealer and the customer is pivotal to the success of this role. You will need to work in conjunction with the dealer to provide tailored quotations complete with a finance offer, also to manage discount terms through an approved system and to prospect the territory using our CRM system.
  • As an RSM you will be the CLAAS representative for any number of shows and events and an ambassador for the brand.

Your profile :

  • Ideally from an ag background you will need to demonstrate a proven sales track record and have industry and field experience with related agricultural equipment.
  • You will need excellent presentation skills and be fully proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • You will need to be highly customer focussed with the mind set to find innovative solutions.
  • The role necessitates extensive travel across the designated territory and, on occasion, to Europe as necessary.
  • Above all you will be self motivated with a desire to develop and grow the dealerships within your territory
