OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATORMANSFIELD£12.21 - £15.00PH DOE DAY SHIFTS – 4 DAY WEEKTEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITIONIMMEDIATE STARTPlease note : you may be rejected if you do not have the necessary experience.Operations admin required immediately for a manufacturing company in Mansfield. The role will involve completing a variety of different tasks to help the day to day operations run smoothly. The role will involve :

• Assisting in the day to day operations within a busy office
• Managing the shared inbox dealing with enquires efficiently
• Working on the reception desk and being the face of the company to all guests
• Liaising with all departments to plan and schedule meetings
• Ordering parts and requesting quotes from suppliers
• Filling in various types of paperwork and written documents
• Booking in and following up deliveries
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls from customers and suppliers
• General administration duties such as filing, shredding and scanning Essential Skills :
• Strong customer service skills
• Previous experience working within a busy office environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload
