This is a key role for a confident and adaptable professional who thrives in a varied position and enjoys making a difference.As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with senior leadership, supporting day-to-day operations, projects, board activities, and internal business processes such as HR and governance. You'll also assist the wider team with ad hoc tasks and internal initiatives.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, agile, and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same and your contributions will be valued.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive TeamManage inboxes, prioritise communications, and follow up on key actionsCoordinate calendars, meetings, and travel (domestic and international)Prepare board packs, agendas, and minutes for senior-level meetingsSupport with HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and appraisalsAssist wider team projects, including tracking KPIs and financial recordsProvide occasional cover for reception or team admin support when requiredWhat You'll BringEssential Skills & ExperienceStrong administrative / secretarial backgroundExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)High levels of organisation and attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritise effectively, and handle confidential information with discretionCalm and solution-focused under pressureDesirableNVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalentExperience supporting executive-level or board meetingsFamiliarity with project management or HR systemsAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
