What you’ll do on a typical day :
- You will lead your team and coordinate activities that will achieve business goals, whilst promoting a team-based culture
- Responsible for daily supervision Warehouse Operatives, Agency Staff and warehouse resources in line with operational responsibility to run according to set targets, deadlines and customer requirements. Any serious deviations from the plan to be reported to in line with local processes.
- Respond constructively to internal and external customer requests while developing and maintain effective communication.
- Encourage the process of continuous improvement to procedures.
- You will be aware of any hazards, incidents or accidents and report them to the proper
authority to ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained
