Job Description
- Managing tax compliance and planning for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Advising clients on tax-related issues and strategies to minimise their tax liabilities.
- Reviewing tax returns prepared by junior staff members.
- Identifying potential tax planning opportunities for clients.
- Keeping up to date with tax legislation and case law.
- Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their business needs.
- Contributing to team meetings and development sessions.
- Supporting the Tax Manager in business development activities.
- A strong academic background, preferably in Tax, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CTA.
- Experience in a similar role within a professional services firm.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- An up-to-date understanding of tax legislation and case law.
- A competitive salary ranging between £50,500 and £65,500 per year.
