Conveyancer / Residential Solicitor Location : Stow-on-the-Wold Hours : Full Time Salary : £35,000 - £45,000 per annum DOEPrimary Responsibilities Include : Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion : including, sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensionsTo process cases on a timely and cost effective basisLiasing directly with clients, estate agents, and lendersDeveloping professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of workGenerating a fee income in line with agreed targetsTo manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervisionAbout the Person : To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience : Hold a relevant qualifcation (i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseloadRecent practical experience of working in the legal professionProven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earningBe organised and process drivenBe commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practiseHave a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client careRecent experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephone...
