Pay : £90 - £110 p / day

Working hours : 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pm Monday - Friday, FULL TIME

A large residential school located in the Stamford area is looking for a dedicated TA to work across their school with a range of students. This is a school that caters for primary and secondary age children with SEMH needs. Some of the behaviours are challenging so you must have a confident and adaptable approach. This is a vibrant and diverse school, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming team.

This role will be term time only and candidates must have relevant experience, for example working in a previous school or childcare setting. The school is also happy to consider graduates with transferable skills.

Candidates must be ready to start work and be able to work 8 : 30am - 3 : 30pm .

Previous experience of managing challenging behaviour and working in a fast-paced environment is desirable but not essential. The successful TA will have a positive work ethic and the passion to take on a new and exciting challenge.
