Your Key Responsibilities : Lead and supervise workshop technicians, ensuring smooth daily operations. Diagnose, repair, and overhaul heavy mobile plant machinery to the highest standards. Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team. Manage parts orders and ensure equipment readiness. What Youll Need to Succeed : Level 3 qualification in HGV, Plant, Agricultural, or Mechanical Engineering. Hands-on experience with construction or heavy plant machinery. Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electronics . Supervisory or leadership experience (or the ambition to take on that challenge). Your own tools to maximise efficiency. A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK. Whats in It for You?
