Key Responsibilities

Manage projects and oversee small to medium changes through to completion, utilising a scaled-down project framework model.

Provide helpdesk support as needed, triaging tickets and assigning them to appropriate resolver groups.

Undertake technical development to support in-house applications.

Conduct research and development to explore and implement new technologies and solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience

Ability to effectively communicate and translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding across the board.

Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft technologies, with a solid understanding of how APIs work and interact.
