SUMMARY OF ROLE
Mountjoy Ltd has a contract to provide reactive Maintenance and PPM to buildings in the Horsham area. The Horsham District Council encompasses 156 properties, including offices, commercial buildings, museums, parks, car parks and temporary housing.
We are seeking a conscientious, enthusiastic, and experienced Compliance Manager To be accountable for the safe and compliant delivery of statutory compliance works. To lead PPM delivery and M&E technical guidance on the contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To be the technical compliance lead for the contract and liaise with the client to advise and agree solutionsResponsible for Technical & Legislative Compliance for the contractTo ensure the PPM programme is fit for purpose for the estate condition and asset usage to reduce breakdownsSet the standard for PPM tasks, method statements, training & competency requirements using SFG20 as a basisTo ensure the trades and subcontractors have the required training & equipment to carry out the PPM tasksTo ensure the PPM is carried out on time to the correct safety and quality standardsQuality checks and auditing on PPM work carried outTo ensure all certification and compliance documentation kept up to date for the contractReview service reports to ensure compliant and remedials quoted, agreed & actioned as requiredTo challenge subcontractors and trades to ensure correct and proportionate remedials are raised and completed in a timely mannerRe-procurement of PPM subcontractor packagesTo provide technical advice as requiredSupport on maintaining technical accreditations where requiredSupport on tenders with PPM / compliance service delivery if requiredTo forge strong working relationships with Client Technical RepresentativesTo ensure you live and embrace the Mountjoy ethos and values.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Building maintenance environment (Essential)Demonstrable experience succeeding in compliant delivery of PPM across a varied estate – both domestic and commercial and public areas (Essential)QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
