They are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join their dynamic management team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive this company’s UK market presence by developing tailored marketing strategies for each brand while leveraging shared resources for collective impact.The Marketing Manager will focus on the bus and coach sector, overseeing the creation of impactful campaigns that drive customer engagement, promote services, and reinforce our position as an industry leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, customer needs, and brand positioning. Duties & Responsibilities : Lead the development of marketing strategies to enhance the company’s UK presence in the sector including executing tailored strategies across the brands, ensuring consistent representation and alignment with the company’s overarching goals.Create and implement campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness and customer engagement across the UK and Ireland.Monitor and adapt strategies based on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.Manage and strengthen the company’s brand, ensuring consistent messaging that reflects their commitment to precision, innovation, and reliability.Develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight their maintenance, repair, and service offerings.Support company growth with the promotion and development of future brands. Showcase the company’s expertise, targeting both fleet operators and individual customers.Oversee the execution of digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, SEO / SEM, and online advertising.Plan and execute campaigns around new service offerings, key product launches, and service upgrades.Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with service capabilities and customer expectations.Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor activities within the bus and coach industry.Analyse marketing campaign performance to refine strategies and ensure maximum ROI.Work closely with internal teams such as engineering, sales, and customer service to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.Lead and mentor the current marketing executive to ensure the achievement of company objectives.Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, ideally with at least 3 years in the automotive, transportation, or bus and coach industryStrong understanding of the bus and coach maintenance, repair services, and the needs of fleet operators and transportation businesses.Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and website management.Experience in using data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make informed decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and presentations.Desired Skills : Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation platforms, including Odoo.Experience in the transportation sector, particularly with buses, coaches, or commercial vehicles.Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong project management skills and attention to detail.Creative thinking with a problem-solving approach.Benefits : Signing on bonus of £1000Starting salary £55,000 22 days annual holiday + 1 additional day holiday each year of service capped at 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidaysStatutory Sick PayWorkplace Pension PlanCycle to Work SchemeEmployee benefits portalGreat work life balance / flexible working hoursFor further details on this role, please submit your CV to Adam Curtis of ACS Recruitment Consultancy
