This is a standalone role, suitable for someone who wants to work autonomously & independently lead the marketing efforts of this growing organisation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Duties and responsibilities for the Marketing Manager :

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy to support regional penetration into accounts.
• Design and distribute high-quality, account-based email campaigns
• Plan, film, and edit engaging video content to showcase projects, client testimonials, and case studies.
• Write, design and schedule social media content across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and social advertising.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for design, content, and production needs as required.
• Coordinate with external agencies, trade bodies, and local or trade press to distribute press releases based on business activities and developments.

Skills and experience required for the Marketing Manager :

• Proven experience in a similar marketing role, within the B2B sector.
• Expertise in account-based marketing and creating targeted campaigns for specific accounts.
• Strong skills in content creation, including writing, graphic design, web content and video production.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
• Experience in managing external communications and working with trade bodies or press.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies
• Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
