Vehicle Technician / SENIOR VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

Reporting to Build Hall Manager

Purpose of the role :

To join the growing team responsible for carrying out all aspects of classic car restoration, this role is important to the business to increase the projected output demanded by our ever-increasing customer base. As a Vehicle Restoration Technician at Lunaz Design, you will be responsible for the meticulous restoration of classic and high value vehicles.

This role requires a deep understanding of automotive mechanics, chassis and the integration of a new (EV) drive train, as well as a passion for preserving the heritage of these timeless vehicles. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure each restoration project meets our exacting standards of quality and authenticity to delight our discerning clients .

Your role accountabilities :

• Vehicle Disassembly and Assessment : Carefully disassemble vehicles, cataloguing and photographing parts and assessing the condition of each component as necessary
• Mechanical Restoration : Restore and / or replacement of chassis components, brakes and suspension , and other mechanical systems to factory and Lunaz specifications.
• Bodywork : Refit and final set of body panels, locking mechanisms, brightwork and glazing ensuring perfect alignment and fit.
