Competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates
Full time : 35 hours a week. Contract : 8-month FTC

Hybrid working - you will be expected to attend the office 2 / 3 days per week, to include Wednesdays & Thursdays.

About the Role
- Providing written / telephone expert ER advice and guidance to managers at all levels across the business
- Managing a portfolio of ER cases providing progressive tailored advice, scheduling and prioritising activities based on the risk assessment and needs of each case.
- Reviewing / drafting letters and documents related to ER cases and providing feedback to managers.
- Coaching and upskilling managers in all aspects of people management including robust decision-making, fairness, and consistency of application of our ER policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all case management details are recorded accurately on our People Case Management system and that cases are proactively managed and driven through to conclusion.
- Reporting into the ER Advisory Services Team Leaders you will collaborate with wider HR teams and stakeholders to address complex ER matters.
- Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the ER Advisory Service
